Community Guidelines

Last updated: October 30, 2026

AffiMora is a place to discover brands, creators and music. These guidelines keep it safe and fun. They apply to videos, songs, thumbnails, captions, comments, profiles, products, articles and links.

Not allowed

  • Anything illegal where you or your audience live, including child sexual abuse material (reported to authorities at once), terrorism, sale of illegal goods, and fraud.
  • Sexual content and nudity, graphic violence or gore.
  • Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, doxxing (sharing someone’s private information) and content that encourages self-harm.
  • Scams, fake giveaways, misleading health or money claims, phishing, malware and unsafe links.
  • Impersonating people or brands, fake accounts, and buying or faking views, likes, follows or comments.
  • Content you do not have the rights to, including copyrighted music or footage.
  • Hidden advertising: paid promotions must be clearly disclosed (#ad, Paid partnership).

How we enforce

We use member reports, automatic signals (such as many reports from trusted members) and human review. Depending on how serious it is, we may hide or remove content, limit features, remove earnings for invalid activity, or suspend accounts. We tell you what we did and why, and you can appeal (see Terms, section 9).

How to report

Use the Report button on a video, song, comment or profile, or email support@affimora.com with the link, what law or rule it breaks and why, and your contact details. We confirm receipt and tell you our decision.

If you believe content on AffiMora infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent at support@affimora.com with:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work;
  3. the exact link(s) to the content on AffiMora;
  4. your name, address, phone and email;
  5. a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.

We remove or disable the content quickly and tell the uploader. Counter-notice: if your content was removed by mistake, send us the removed link, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone, consent to the jurisdiction of the courts where you live (or, outside the US, where we are based), and your signature. We may restore the content after 10–14 business days unless the claimant tells us they have filed a court action. Accounts of repeat infringers are closed. Misleading notices may make you liable for damages.
